LIGHTSTAR KAE-96 SIGNAL METER DC V, AC V
LIGHTSTAR KAE-96 SIGNAL METER DC V, AC V
The physical tracking architecture utilizes an expanded 96mm square layout, providing a larger visual dial surface and a sweeping 90° analog scale arc. This maximizes clarity so operators can monitor processes from a long distance. The moving element operates via a high-precision, linear mechanism designed to respond smoothly to telemetry fluctuations. Because it is a receiving indicator, the faceplate can be custom-graduated and printed by the manufacturer in a wide variety of engineering units—such as %, rpm, m/min, kg/cm², kW, or °C—seamlessly translating the scaled electrical control signal into the real-world physical metric being measured by the transmitter.
- Universal Process Loop Receiving: Optimized to interface with standardized industrial control signals (including DC 4–20mA, 0–1mA, 1–5V, 0–10V, or AC 0–18V loops), converting them into an analog mechanical display.
- Expanded 96mm Visual Profile: Housed in a standard 96mm x 96mm chassis, allowing for a much larger scale plate to ensure high-visibility tracking across wide facility floor plans.
- Custom Engineering Unit Scales: Faceplates are highly adaptable and available with specific physical unit markings tailored to application needs (e.g., speed, pressure, level, temperature, or cumulative power outputs).
- Stable Linear Deflection: Features a refined internal movement engineered to deliver highly repeatable tracking and steady scale responses across a broad operational temperature index.
- Minimal Sensing Loop Insertion Burden: Designed with an optimized internal winding layout that prevents the meter from applying significant impedance or power drain onto the critical signal loop.
- Ruggedized Panel Framing: Wrapped in an insulated, flame-retardant rear housing and sealed behind a highly polished, shatter-resistant Polycarbonate (PC) clear front window to protect the needle assembly from moisture, flying grit, and vibration.
